Repair Engine™ is a revolutionary online Service Management System for all of your bar code equipment repairs.  You simply ship the scanner(s) directly to our repair facilities in Conyers, Georgia or Dallas, Texas (Depending upon scanner model needing repair).  Each unit is checked into the Service Management system and is assigned a unique service order number.  The unit(s) are diagnosed and inspected, to assess the nature of the repair needed.  Some units may be deemed un-repairable depending upon the extent of the damage.  You are then given a repair price quote, and the unit is repaired upon the customer’s authorization.  The customer can monitor and track what stage the repair is in through the Repair Engine portal online.  Once the product is repaired, it will be shipped back to the customer.  It’s that simple!
